I accompanied my husband today to have an eye test and buy some new glasses in the Bromsgrove branch of Boots opticians. The staff were all welcoming and the store was bright and clean. Fiona helped us choose new glasses for my husband, she was very attentive and patient, offering informative advice in choosing the correct reactive lenses and what frames suited him best. Fiona made the experience very pleasant, I would definitely recommend this store. A Big thank you to Fiona!

Went to Boots Opticians Bromsgrove with my 87 year old dad. Had an eye test and the photo of the back if the eyes. Didn't have to wait. Staff helpful and attentive. 5 stars!!

Just attended the Bromsgrove branch and needed to discuss varifocal lenses for my new glasses. The manager was absolutely superb. So knowledgeable and patient with my endless questions. She?s stopped me spending more than I needed to, which I really appreciate. The staff were all very professional and polite too. Thanks for everything.

Visited the Bromsgrove branch, eyesight test, and selected new frames.Was given excellent advice on choice of frames, lenses, and additions.Today I collected my frames, and I am very pleased with the glasses, the transition within the lens.

Really helpful staff. Went in for a contact lense trial and the 2 ladies I dealt with were so friendly and helpful! Always have a thorough eye test here, would recommend.

I took my son to boots bromsgrove to choose some glasses. We usually use another opticians......"should have gone to......" without mentioning any names, but the past couple of visits have been disappointing. The whole experience at boots was completely different. The shop was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and patient and the overall choice of glasses was much better quality and more modern styles. My son and I were really happy with his glasses and will be changing to boots from now on. Excellent.
