Visited the Bromsgrove branch, eyesight test, and selected new frames.Was given excellent advice on choice of frames, lenses, and additions.Today I collected my frames, and I am very pleased with the glasses, the transition within the lens.

Really helpful staff. Went in for a contact lense trial and the 2 ladies I dealt with were so friendly and helpful! Always have a thorough eye test here, would recommend.

I took my son to boots bromsgrove to choose some glasses. We usually use another opticians......"should have gone to......" without mentioning any names, but the past couple of visits have been disappointing. The whole experience at boots was completely different. The shop was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and patient and the overall choice of glasses was much better quality and more modern styles. My son and I were really happy with his glasses and will be changing to boots from now on. Excellent.

Excellent service. Extremely happy with my industrial glasses they're awesome. Theres a young girl there who is so helpful and polite and makes sure you have the frames you want. Normally at opticians they rush you and end up buying expensive instead of what suits you. I will be going back for any glasses I need.

Having been with this fantastic Opticians for 20+ years, I contacted them last Thursday with blurred vision. Sensing the urgency they whisked me in immediately and discovered a problem with my retina. They immediately arranged for me to go straight to Birmingham eye hospital where I was operated on the following day. Their efficient, professional and friendly service made a terrifying experience a lot easier to handle. A massive thank you to Joe and Dave there. Would recommend you 110%

All of the staff are so polite and welcoming. There is a red head sales woman who is bubbly, cheerful and very helpful. The optician is very down to earth, friendly and very professional, whilst also liking a bit of a laugh, which makes you feel very at ease. I have been going to the same opticians since I was young and wouldn't go anywhere else! It's also wheelchair friendly, I could be manoeuvred around the shop without knocking stuff off shelves. 10/10.
