I originally had a problem here and whilst I found it annoying and vowed never to go back again, I did think we all make mistakes. The way they reacted and dealt with my complaint was beyond my expectation and I was impressed, and that for me has always been the measure of a good company.

Reasonable price, good communication, excellent customer manner. Genuinely couldn?t ask for better. When you consider this is an industry not known for its customer experience, they do really good work!

Very reasonable prices for a service and they never rip you off. They will be honest and say you'll need to get x and y done next time but you'll be ok at the moment. Other garages would be tempted to just say it needs to be done now.

Really good customer service today when I took my car in for an mot. I had my 6 month old daughter with me and was told I was welcome to wait with her in the office while my car was sorted to stay out of the cold which was really thoughtful. Much appreciated

Dave responded back quickly to my inquiries in regards to a full service. The staff is professional, friendly and competitive on pricing.What I liked most was Dave was not pushy on his recommendations and had my best interest.
