We have used this store for twenty years, friendly staff. But we called today, and it was colder than ever in the store. Apparently the heating is faulty, have they not heard of temporary heating?
It was warmer outside.
At least we spent less, we couldn't wait to get out.
Fix it Bromsgrove, there are plenty more supermarkets.

Great Store. So many bargains. I get very excited when I visit the store and overcome with emotion. I was told there is dogging in the Car Park on Saturday evenings but have been many times and not seen it yet

To the employee on the shop floor who asked if I wanted a basket and was very polite (he had a trolley stuff of stock and was opposite the self check out with short brown hair) you deserve a raise, brilliant customer service

Staff are apparently lazy and can?t be bothered to do tasks within their job role. Waiting for items to be checked due to restrictions and the staff think it?s appropriate to have a conversation and ignore you. Just poor service.

I do like this store, it?s spacious and is pretty well stocked, disappointed that the disabled/accessible toilet is now radar key - not very accessible now for those of us who are not disabled enough. The regular toilets are tiny making it very difficult to access when mobility is poor.

I rang Bromgrove over a problem with a purchase I had made and spoke to Vanessa.
She advised me to return to the store, ask for her and the matter would be resolved. I was very impressed with her willingness to help. She was polite, helpful and friendly and I am grateful.

Too many self service tills and not enough checkouts where you're served.
As I don't work for Asda I don't want to be my own shop assistant.
Some staff friendly, other's you wonder why they work there!

Go there on Thursday mornings and only one person is ever on tills meaning there are always long queues I usually have to wait between 10 and 20 minutes to check out not impressed unless improves soon I will be using another supermarket as at the moment 52x10 minutes equates to 8.6 hours a year I'm wasting standing there like a stuffed lemon. Trying to force us to use self checkouts and do thier job for them.

Want to say a big thank you to Judith from the Bromsgrove Asda. She saw I was stranded in Asda and couldn't get a taxi. She so kindly offered to drop me home. I was so relieved. Very kind lady. She did not have to do that at all. Thank you Judith xx

Very poor customer service on the custom service desk..trying to return an item that had a product recall that?s actually on the ASDA official website that they didn?t want to deal with,then to be told about Asda policies trump consumer law ! Un educated staff and management that may benefit from training in the future.
