It was a horrid experience, and so much time was wasted over 24 hours - awful service and rude and intimidating staff. A female called Kourtney: No apologies, no assistance - no product knowledge. Please do yourself a favour and avoid it! Go to Currys!! I deserve compensation for the time wasted and the stress this and the awful experience have caused.
I can't get through on any store phone numbers either - the phone is put down every time, saying they're busy. When in store, they're doing absolutely nothing.

Trundle in off the street looking for a small gift. Easy wheelchair access and greeted by a young beautiful redhead who understood exactly what I was looking for. She spent ages working by through the pictures and carefully explaining what I could purchase. Well pleased with my brush I was able to leave the store for the nearby car park.

Really bad experience. Brought a new tv that was £430. The tv wasn?t good quality & returned it bk without no fault. The lady brought if from bk of store to the front due to car park issues I didn?t wanna risk walking it all the way over town as it?s a 60inch. She was only about 4&half foot mid 50s & couldn?t have moved the tv on her own. But she did & dropped it & smashed the screen. Wouldn?t take any responsibility & the manager was acting dodgy.So i asked to see the cctv & what a coincidence the camera didn?t cover that part of the store the busiest part of the store where it received deliveries etc. I tried to get the issue resolved but the manager threatened me with police to which I said do it. I?m within my rights you?ve damaged my goods I was returning. So now I?m £430 out of pocket due to an error they had made. The manager was shocking & rude & wouldn?t put it right. He got defensive & aggressive hence why I started to record him as he recorded me. So I have proof of this & ur empty threats! This is now what I?m left with. A broken tv due to their error & out of pocket.

I so wanted to give a better rating for this store, but not after today. The problem this store has is its variability in service and lack of consistency in what is and is not possible with respect to collecting large items. Most of the staff in the store are friendly and helpful, at least one other IS NOT. I observed a couple collecting their TV from the rear of the of the shop at the start of the week, but I was not given this privilege. Plenty of shoulder shrugging went on! Shame really, I was hoping for better from a 'household name'.

The store is clean and tidy and the staff are helpful with friendly professional manner, but I wish you still reserve the things you want to instead of paying online tho.

Understaffed and the staff that are their are uneducated and don't have the experience to work in store, terrible experience trying to purchase items, Argos get some staff with common sense and train them according!

about as much help as an ashtray on a motorbike .....zero parking to collect large tv ....zero help in helping someone with a disability overcome the lack of parking to buy the tv .....buy it online they said ....get it delivered they said even though it is the last tv model in stock across the whole of Argos .....but don't park on our private property as you'll get clamped they said ....well thanks ....ive just bought the tv from Curry's £1800 sale down the drain I say
