Enjoyed gluten free battered fish and chips with homeade tartar sauce. Tasted delicious. Traditional pub in a pretty village with a nice garden area too.

Called here on Wednesday 25th June for a meal. We were visiting Auto Sleeper with our motorhome for some repairs.
Lovely pub full of charm and character. The opposite to the other pub in village which we had visited the day before only to be told they were no longer serving food despite their website saying different and all their signage outside.
The landlady was lovely as was the fish and chips Barry had and my chicken dish.
Dogs were welcomed with water and a biscuit. If this was my local, I would frequent but we come from Lincoln.

Really lovely pub. Kind, helpful staff and really nice clean food. I have a health condition which I explained to the waitress and they were more than happy to accommodate me and alter the dish to my needs. The food was very fresh and cooked perfectly.

Had a meal here last night , very poor really disappointed, fish was soggy and not fresh , poor quality soggy batter , lovely location just a bad meal shame won?t go back .

Only stopped for a couple of drinks on a Wednesday evening....sat outside on the green amazing views with a lovely chilled atmosphere.
Staff were really friendly... Lager and Rose drinks were spot on.

Visited this lovely pub after finding it on route from a long walk from Chipping Campden. Great service, food and drink in a cosy environment. Much needed stop and the surroundings were a picture!

Hugely grateful to Dylan and Sue for putting me up at very short notice after a very busy night for them at the pub (1000 bikers!). I had a bad experience at another pub with rooms nearby and was looking for somewhere else very last minute. They were super welcoming, and I am so grateful for the beautiful room they put me in. The kindness of strangers. Thank you! Also what an absolutely beautiful pub and location. I will come back.
