What a cute little café in the middle of Broadway. It is so welcoming, comfortable and clearly popular with visitors. We opted for a tea with scones, where the lady even suggested. She bring them after our first baguette with salad which was delicious. The service really was charming throughout, even when I requested extra strong tea. It was met with a smile, and no problem at all Prices were extremely reasonable, and comparable with other cafés we passed in Broadway. The one thing I did notice in terms of attention to detail was our table was wonky and therefore a little bit irritating. Plus it was next to a radiator which really needed a deep clean things like this could really raise the bar slightly in my opinion. That being said I would return.

We came across this lovely little place and thank goodness we did. People with manners and knew how to welcome customers. We had previously attempted to have lunch in a rather larger restaurant, which sold everything but the kitchen sink, the entrance far too cramped with other customers, with no manners, so after a short walk we came across Hunters. The lady was very welcoming and the place was so cosy and very festive. Also spotlessly clean. We each had a panini, coronation chicken and tuna melt, with fresh salad on the side which were lovely. Delish just hot chocolate and coffee. The food was brought up quickly but knew it was freshly made. The ?facilities? were also spotlessly clean. We would recommend this little gem of a place in a heart beat.

The decaffeinated tea appears very expensive (especially compared to the cost of non-decaffeinated tea.) Otherwise a reasonable little cafe but consider not good value for decaffeinated tea drinkers.

Great Breakfast we had nice big think meaty full sausage great eggs toast and beans and bacon. Not too keen on tomatoes - either fry or plum tomatoes not just a quick under the grill but that's just my preference. Nice scrambled egg on toast for my wife and nice coffee. Good service from both staff members

When I say I am coeliac and therefore I am gluten free- it is not a food fad. So when you say the breakfast I have chosen is GF why deliver me gluten full sausages and think that then swapping them with bacon having totally contaminated the plate makes it ok???? Please for all of us that have medical issues train your staff and ask if you have not got a clue. Thank you

Recently stopped here while visiting the Cotswolds. Lovely tea room with friendly staff also good to see hand sanitisers still in use. Cream tea was £6.95 per person and we were served with a pot of tea, pot of boiling water and two warm scones each, along with strawberry jam and clotted cream. The scones (1 fruit + 1 plain), were fresh and had a light crumbly texture. They were delicious and a welcome treat . Will definitely visit here again when next in the area.

Nice little coffee shop with delicious cakes and pleasant staff. Service was quick and efficient. Tables were a bit sticky but that was apparently due to the sanitizer used....change your sanitizer for a more pleasant customer experience.

2 miserable staff were at the counter today. I was there to order panini and coffee to take away as the cafe was full. After few minutes I saw there were people leaving and asked the lady num 1 at the till if I could just eat my panini instead quickly on that table, lady num 2 who cleaned the table said to me rudely that there were people outside who?s waiting for that table that?s why she cleaned it. I was just a bit shocked the with her tone but didn?t say a word. Another old lady was leaving noticed my embarrassment and kindly offered her table to me, at least then I felt I was welcome. When lady num 1 finally served the panini to me, all I?ve noticed was her frowning face, I even have to say I promise I won?t be long. She just frowned and didn?t say a word. Very disappointed with how I was treated. Personally I felt like what did I do wrong for them to be rude and frowning at me? I didn?t feel welcome in that cafe. I think if you can just say things nicely, maybe give people a smile at the counter make your costumers feel welcome that would really make difference. It?s not just about taking orders and serving the food. It?s also about being hospitable. So after that experience, I'm never coming back to this cafe and would totally not recommend.

This tea room is a little gem. The staff are lovely, helpful and efficient. The seating is spacious as it includes a larger outside area. The food is fresh and tasty, my husband had the full breakfast and it included locally made sausages which were very tasty. It was so good we went back several hours later for drinks and a cake , which was yummy.

Recently stopped here while visiting the Cotwolds. The sun was shining so we sat in the small courtyard at the rear. Cream tea was £6.95 per person and we were served with a pot of tea and two warm scones each, along with strawberry jam and clotted cream. The scones (1 fruit + 1 plain), were fresh and had a light crumbly texture. They were delicious and a welcome treat after a busy day. Would definitely visit here again if in the area.

Popped in for a bite to eat after a long walk and were pleasantly surprised. The food was a great value, the service quick, and kind staff. A good place to go if in the area.

We visited for lunch after travelling to the Cotswolds for a long weekend. We?ve been a few times (and enjoyed a breakfast or lunch) but this is our first review. We chose to sit outside in the courtyard as the sun was shining and we had dogs with us. We ordered jacket potatoes (one with tuna, the other with cheese and beans) and a pot of decaf tea for two. The potatoes had lovely crispy skins and were piping hot with soft, buttery potato and generous filling. The salad garnish was fresh, generous and drizzled with a light dressing. The tea was piping hot in a large pot so we each got two full cups. Staff checked back to make sure everything was ok and brought a couple of treats for our dogs which was a lovely gesture. Excellent value overall. Would happily return, or recommend to others.
