Dogs welcome! But if it?s raining and your dog has wet paws you?ll have to be happy to stand at the door and watch other people shopping! Walked straight back out and won?t be coming back!

Went to this shop today with the family on a half term Motorhome tour. I have to say the Canadian lady who was either the proprietor or the manager could teach customer service? absolutely charming smiley happy and relaxed. I never write reviews about shops usually ? but I got such a lovely vibe from this business I thought I?d share it.. top class and highly recommended. Please visit.. you won?t be disappointed!!

Best outdoor gear shop around! They have high quality clothing and walking/hiking gear. I bought a lightweight waterproof jacket and I just love it! The staff is knowledgeable and will help you make your purchase last by sharing top tips on care and maintenance.

Lost a customer today as a result of staff here speaking in an abhorrent tone. Walked out straightaway after browsing the walking boot section. Extremely arrogant and won?t be returning.

Pompous manager who's arrogance kept her from my custom.

I decided to bring my friend to Landmark for walking boots as the Canadian lady there is always great. True to past experience she provided great product knowledge, fitting and wearing instruction and just great attention to my friends' needs. Well done landmark.

Staff here in breach of the Equalities Act.My first experience of being asked to leave a shop for not wearing a face covering. Staff under the impression that their company policy supersedes our human right not wear a face covering if exempt. Astoundingly was even asked to wear a lanyard as proof of exemption.edit: Owner response is to say that they are unable to allow non-mask wearers in store unless they are exempt. My father and I told all staff in the shop that we were exempt 3 or 4 times. Shop elsewhere.
