It?s not only the premium quality products, or the really warm and engaging staff which gets 5 stars it?s also because they process refunds so quickly. No fussing or procrastination.

I have shopped here at Landmark Country a number of times and have always received excellent support and service from all of the staff and management . The high quality of the clothing is well known and is very well displayed. All of the staff are polite and very keen to assist with selections but the nice thing is that having asked if you want any assistance, if the reply is no, they do not pressurise and let you get on browsing. However if help is required they are quick to assist..All of the staff and management are very well turned out, attentive and knowledgable about the products. A great shopping experience.

Had amazing customer service from a young lady called Danny, so helpful in trying to find me the top I wanted in my size and even found me a similar top in a different colour.

Purchased some Holland cooper shoes few months ago. The sales assistant was fantastic. The lady who served me at the till, mature woman with grey hair absolutely flattened my excitement with her very rude unhelpful manner. It was too much bother for her to change my address on the emailing system. It wasn?t just that, she was impatient with me and just had the most awful attitude. Looking at previous feeedback, seems to be a problem in this store. I?ve purchased a number of items here. I visited Broadway yesterday, I always get excited to shop here but not this time, I didn?t enter the shop. I won?t be going back. I hope the management address this issue as it did really leave me feeling upset

Extremely rude (american accent) lady, who claimed to own the shop, wouldn't allow me to use my mobile phone to text a relative about a Christmas present purchase, who was unable to visit store due to medical issues. It left me speechless how I was spoken to. I did not make the purchase and will not visit again!

Went yesterday with my daughter, the lady who served us was definitely not very helpful, she made us feel that when we asked for an item in a certain size it was a lot of trouble and we definitely felt she thought we weren?t good enough to be in there. Have been in this store numerous times and never felt like this before. Her customer service was awful we both came out feeling exactly the same

Asked to leave because I had a cup of coffee and telling me it is a clothes shop... Simple solution buy your çlothes online and you can drink all the coffee you want.

Went here for a work interview. Although I didn't get the job, the staff seemed wonderful and friendly. Their products were of very high quality, be prepared to pay more for decent quality.

Nice store but one of the assistants in the shop was so over the top regarding distancing/one way rules etc and was made to feel rather uncomfortable. We are all very aware of covid, and the vast majority of us know how to conduct ourselves. I found the experience infuriating, particularly as the job I work in puts me in close contact with groups of people day in, day out, throughout the pandemic. Let people feel free to browse, and if people are acting irresponsibly, then of course, act on it. But don't make all your shoppers feel like they are carrying the plague.

We visited this store and it was full of lovely things, my friend bought £100 of clothing and the lady at the till advised us there was another store further down the road which did more stuff ?like plus sized clothing?, lol, we are both size 16 but for goodness sake, that?s no way to sell clothes! Needless to say we didn?t bother visiting the other shop?I wouldn?t mind if we?d complained that we couldn?t find anything to fit but?just too cheeky.

I?m sorry to say but my experience in the store was awful. I use a special hand sanitiser because I have dermatitis. I applied some beforehand as I always do before entering any shop but on this occasion last Saturday the lady who worked in the shop insisted that I use her sanitizer. I lost count of the times I told her that I?ve already just used my own product. This didn?t seem to stop her though. She kept on demanding that I MUST use the shops sanitising station. Her last comment was to her colleagues ? Am I speaking English??.Firstly, did you not understand my English? I was very clear. Secondly, why did you need to be so militant. All it does is set a bad tone and quite frankly borders on harassment. I wanted to buy quite a few items but ended up leaving without buying anything at all. Please, please can the staff be retrained in how to make a customer feel welcome and not push them away. I have only left 1 star because it?s the minimum. I wouldn?t have left any at all if it was possible.

I ordered a pair of Scarpa walking boots using Landmark?s webpages having previously bought a pair directly from their Broadway store some three years ago. Very easy to use. The boots arrived the following day at precisely the time indicated. Great service.

Very happy. Fast dispatch and delivery, 1 hour time slot and live tracking provided by DPD which is very useful. Product was as described and at the best price I could find - will definitely be shopping with Landmark again.
