Richard and the team at Hamptons Broadway achieved a sale for our house in Broadway very soon after they took it onto their books, when it had been on the market for some time with another agent without success. Their positivity and support gave us back the confidence we needed at a stressful time and led to a successful and happy sale. We have been most impressed with Richard's professionalism and understanding of our needs. Thank you to the whole team for being so nice! High praise to Richard and Oliver for dealing with our house sale in Broadway. What should have been a relatively simple sale, became a drawn out, on-off and fraught scenario with chain issues. However, credit to them both for their continued updates, professionalism, positivity and honesty. From their valuation of our house, which matched our expectations, to their exceptional communication throughout - we were very impressed and would highly recommend them over the local competition, who were not so impressive!

Hamptons Broadway recently sold our property for us. From our first meeting with Oliver he gave us the impression that our sale would be in safe hands and it was. He is a genuine, diligent and professional individual. He did a great job managing a long chain which contained some challenging individuals and his communication was first rate throughout. Can't recommend them enough.

We recently bought a house through Hamptons and the experience from the first viewing to the completion day was extremely helpful and professional. The staff are very friendly with nothing too much trouble, even dealing with problems in other parts of the chain. A special mention for Lydia who was always available and very helpful.
