Incredible stay, spa was stunning, beautiful rooms, food was delicious and staff couldn?t be more attentive
The only downfall was we couldn?t stay for longer, perfect location for a dreamy Cotswold weekend

Myself and my partner visited this hotel and we enjoyed every moment spent there.
I cannot recommend this place enough everything was spectacular. The service and staff were exceptional. The decor and environment were to the highest of standards and cleanliness. The addition of lovely little further touches were greatly received. There is not one thing I could complain about and Iv been known to be picky. I look forward to our return to this beautiful hotel ??

What a wonderful relaxing stay at Dormy House hotel! The staff throughout are fabulous and nothing is too much trouble. A wonderful welcome from Amy on the front desk and then a blissful couple of hours spent in the spa. The food was delicious and there are so many beautiful areas to sit inside and outside and take in the atmosphere. Our room was a splendid room and it was comfortable and extremely well equipped. They have thought of everything. Lots of beautiful additional touches as well such as the complementary toiletries and a little sweet treat to celebrate our anniversary. It felt like a luxurious stay, without the pretentiousness of some hotels. You were encouraged to relax. One night was not enough! We will be back.

We booked 5 nights in a comfy room.
We got one in the Danish pavilion. It was situated beside the only road that passed, which was pretty busy. The room was rather small but very clean. We noticed other rooms were empty. We were a bit disappointed that, as we stayed 5 night?s, we didn?t get a more quiet room. There was no interest at all in our satisfaction. No manager ever asked us about our findings during our stay. That?s their job.. we are customers. With the price we have no problem but the price value is not ok, too expensive for what you get.
No open/panoramic views on the Cotswolds.. from the hotel itself.

If you?re looking for a UK mini-moon, Dormy House is the place to be.
We booked their House Hideaway package in an intimate room, as we thought this would give us everything we need to relax after the stress of wedding planning! To our surprise and delight, on arrival we were upgraded to a suite, which was completely unexpected. On top of this, there was also complementary champagne, chocolate, and rose petals scattered about the room, along with a note wishing us well. This really made our day! And it felt SO special.
The food and drink was also incredible throughout. The massage was probably the best we?ve had, and the spa experience was really relaxing. The snow room is a must-see!
The hotel has been very well designed. I commented that it seemed as if each corner had been considered specifically for a wow factor, but also for guest comfort.
Thank you again for such a gorgeous stay. We will be returning!!

We attended the Spa on our honeymoon and had a great day. We purchased a package which included a massage, lunch and access to the other facilities. Highly recommend for cost, facilities and service, it was great!

Lovely hotel - nicest one we stayed in in the Cotswolds. The spa is fantastic with steam room, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and rain showers. Beds were comfortable and amenities were wonderful. The food was great & shoutout to the bartender Joe for his fantastic paper planes! We loved the cheese soufflé and crispy prawns appetizers, and the onion bread. Thought the tagliatelle pasta was overcooked (not Al dente) and undersalted, and the Red mullet fish dish was similarly under seasoned for me. The breakfast was fantastic however.
A few other areas of feedback: major drawback for me as a light sleeper is the sound proofing. Not sure if it was just our room (11) but we could hear every footstep and our neighbors speaking. Would be great to improve that.
Also, it was a little confusing how dormy house fit in with the rest of the Farncombe estate - the fish hotel and the fox hill manor are a few minutes walk away, and we frequently saw shuttles. It seems Fox hill manor can come to dormy?s spa, but we were never encouraged to explore the grounds of the other hotels? It would have been nice to offer a shuttle to town as we walked through country to get there since taxis were not available.
Overall, would likely stay again!

Had a weekend here with my sister for her birthday celebration, and I?m not sure I?ve ever stayed anywhere that was closer to perfect. The room was pristine and very cool even in the hot weather. The spa was divine - enough areas that it wasn?t possible to get enough of them (especially the snow shower - we were in that a lot) and the treatments were lovely. Kellie-Ann the therapist was extremely welcoming and professional and very skilled, and both my massage and mud wrap were brilliant. In the main restaurant, the truffle and mushroom tagliatelle deserves particular mention. Dinner at MO on the Sunday was unbelievable - we had a small, friendly group of diners and Matt and his team took exceptional care of us. The food and wine pairings were magnificent and even more so was the atmosphere of fun and mutual interest in the process of cooking and tasting. The skill in the kitchen is extraordinary and it seems to be a generally happy and innovative place to be, which is really special to see. I will definitely be planning to go back again as soon as I possibly can!

Have just came away from the Dormy House Hotel after an overnight stay to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary and now my husband and I cannot wait to return. The Spa was lovely and we had the fully body massage which was amazing.Rooms were spotless and bed was so comfy. We also had the taster menu in Mo's and I must say the Chef Harry must be congratulated as the dishes served were a delight and the Waiter who came out and served the food, Lewis, was so attentive and gave full decriptions of the food served.
Thank you Dormy House for a rememerable 40th Anniversary

Just home from our third stay at Dormy House. The setting, spa and food is all fantastic. Unfortunately, the service this time really let things down. As a group we felt like we were constantly chasing drinks, looking for staff, and service at dinner was really stop start - (service at breakfast was excellent).
We waited 25 minutes for a round of drinks to arrive, walked into the bar several times to find no staff and have to look for people to get a drink.
For a luxury hotel, the level of service we received really wasn?t up to scratch.
