Dove in here on holiday to get out of a rain shower
Only 2 people in was a monday lunch
Not serving that day so a little dissapointing .
So had drinks while rain stopped .

We went on Friday for food, the gaffer looked after us & we both chose fish starters & main! OMG the food was amazing! The best mussels I?ve ever had & the lemon sole was delicious! Thank you George & all the staff! We will definitely return & bring friends & family with us

Since George took over the pub, it has been transformed. Great beers and the food is fantastic. Have now eaten there a number of times. Simon is a superb chef and all meals have been excellent, well priced and great quality. It?s become our ?go to? eatery in Bewdley.

Had the Sunday lunch. Started off with shrimp and prawn cocktail which was delicious. Followed by roast beef (cooked to perfection) light and fluffy yorkshire pudding, crispy roast potatoes, carrots and parsnips with tasty gravy. Mash potatoes, vegetables and cauliflower cheese all delicious. Pinot blush which was chilled - sat outside as weather was glorious. Serving team was very pleasant and helpful. 5 stars from us will definitely be returning.

Stopped here for a quick drink on our way home in the evening. The taxi services weren't reliable but the bar lady was fantastic and really helped us with numerous taxi numbers, all of which were unavailable but she suggested ordering an Uber cab instead. Can't thank her enough for her help. She even arranged it for me and then came outside to tell us our cab had arrived to make sure we didn't miss it. Fantastic help from her.
