Poor service, waiting times between courses too long, starters nothing special, waited ages for main, we actually cleared our plates ourselves, waited a really long time for main, when it arrived, it was cold, manager did come and replaced food after taking out order again. And said she would refund half of food bill. We asked that the deserts were ready, they arrived without table being cleared. Two of us didn’t have desert, couldn’t face another long delay.
Top it all when we went to get our refund, they didn’t refund half, we didn’t include the drinks.
So very disappointed, meant to have been a chilled out couple of hours with the family who lived away.
They need more staff, who are attentive, as no one checked on us. Arrived at 1.30 left at 4.30 . Not hassle free, won’t go again

we stayed just up the road from here and walked down. me and my boyfriend are from the city so don?t see the country side a lot or nice little pubs like this and it was lovely! the service is great and so are the drinks and food id definitely recommend for a nice date or food with friends. Thank you!! x

Run of the mill generic pub just off the main road. Parking. Looks a little run down. Generic food offerings. Nice coffee. Dog friendly. Not far from Wyre Forest car park.

Visited 31/07 for an evening meal with my partner. Made to feel most welcome service was great they even made an adjustment from the cod & chips on offer to the scampi which was fab. We also had a small tech issue with a discount voucher we had then lost ?. but the team came to the rescue and honoured our voucher, so not only was the food and service good they even honoured the voucher ?.. round of applause for all ??

We came as a family of 5, we were giving a lovely warm welcome and looked after to a very high standard by our host Stefanie.
Food was delicious, hot and very big portions with barely any wait time.

Ryan was very welcoming. We were hoping to get breakfast but they no longer do breakfasts. However Ryan very kindly arranged a bacon and egg sandwich and sausage and egg on toast for us.
He and Lisa made us and our dogs most welcome. There are blankets, treats and a water station for the dogs.

We booked a table for Sunday lunch on 20th July. On arrival, we were initially seated next to the kitchen, where loud kitchen music was competing with the pub?s own music?even though the pub was nearly empty. We asked to be moved and were thankfully reseated near the garden, which was much more pleasant.
Unfortunately, the experience didn?t improve much from there. The cutlery provided was dirty, and the service was noticeably slow. When the food arrived, it was presented well but was only lukewarm and lacked flavour?overpowered by excessive pepper. Definitely a Sunday dinner you would not want again.
When we asked for salt, we were given a broken salt pot, which caused salt and pepper to spill over the food. Finally, we had to go and ask for the bill ourselves as no staff came over to check on us after a significant amount of time. Staff seemed to be thin on the ground, even with a near empty restaurant.
We dine regularly at our local Chef & Brewer and usually have a much better experience. Sadly, this visit was quite disappointing and not up to the usual standard.

It's a large pub but with a cosy welcoming feel to it. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is a really dog friendly place with water bowls,blankets, and treats. We didn't eat but the food looked great,maybe next time we visit. A large car park just off the main road.
