What?s happening to this place. It?s my go to shop with really nice staff who always say hello but the last week they seem to have all new staff who are terrible. So unfriendly and rude and even followed me round the store. Absolutely terrible and all within a week. The old girls were the best you could get.

Very rude miserable old lady in there I am a regular customer I come in everyday never had any issues staff are all usually lovely but after her rudeness I will not be returning it was unneeded as I wasn?t rude to her.

Terrible service! Refused to sell my 30 yr old partner alcohol because she had no Id! Surely staff should be able to tell the difference between a 30 yr old and an 18 yr old. Won't be back.

i called in today to post a parcel as they are the local Hermes agents and I was told they were too busy to take parcels today. I reminded them they were under contract with Hermes to receive parcels as their sign outside states but it made no difference they still insisted there was not enough staff to offer the parcel service. this is the third time in the last 6 months this has happened

We were helped by a lady called sue today in the bewdley store on load street. We were looking at the reduced items on your fresh meat and she was telling us some of the things that she had cooked with the meat. She then served us at the till and was extremely helpful and happy. She would make you want to revisit. Thank you, keep up the good work
