We have been three times recently and each time the food has been excellent - especially main courses and starters. Seafood particularly is beautifully cooked and presented.
Great atmosphere and service is friendly although sometimes a bit slow.

I recently celebrated a big birthday with a family meal here. Couldn't fault anything, food and service were excellent. We had a lovely private room, ideal for a larger group. Lots of compliments from all who came. Would highly recommend on all counts. Thank you so much for helping to make my big 70 such a happy occasion.

It was Pie Night tonight and what great pies they were! Handmade by the team on site, they did not disappoint ? Always great food and a warm welcome, what?s not to like. Thank you all for another great meal.

A quaint, tidy place with an excellent service, with kind staff and the food is amazing... A pity the kitchen closes at 2pm, but, when it's open we had no complaints. This pub is well worth visiting, even if you're Not eating.
