Popped in this morning to renew my car tax, I had no log book as I'd forgotten to send it off when I bought the car ð??? so I had no reminder letter either, staff were so helpful in sorting it out for me and sending it off ð?? thank you for your help ð??

Couldn't be more helpful, and agree should use this branch for staff training. Strange 17:23 closing time that has been like that for about 20 years!
