God is the service slow. Plus presented by two people that are invariably so miserable. Surely after all this time they can type with more than one finger. I have heard that a number of people have complained. One recently due being spoken to in an offhand and rude manner. I believe the customer walked out and submitted a written complaint. Someone needs to get to grips with this place. Otherwise it will be one for the chop, and a "functional" loss to the village.
