Ordered bacon extra for my burger. No bacon put in. Keep that pound extra towards staff training to understand instructions on a screen or whatever they read off.

The wait was long, the food sub-par for burger king even, greasy and dull. But my problem was the service. A burger was missing, that's fine, it happens, I requested the missing item politely, a girl with dark complexion and blonde hair took this down along with a pale girl with slicked back dark hair.
After a number of minutes I went to the counter, both girls looked at me and away, I stood at the counter, they both avoided me but kept looking uncomfortably at me. I had finished my fries, my children had finished their meals, about 10 minutes at least had passed and they wouldn't come to me still.
Finally a third young lady came up and asked if I was OK, I told her what had happened and she looked at the hot food that was ready and picked up a burger I had seen arrive over 5 minutes prior. She was very apologetic, both the other girls walked away without a word which upset me more as they saw the item arrive and had ignored it and myself. They didn't have the decency to apologise and left it to the third lady who was the only one who wasn't to blame.
Honestly, go to another place as spending £50 on 3 meals without deserts bad enough, being treated like crap on top is ridiculous

First of all, from 6 screens works only one ?Ordered ice cream and had to wait forever ????? I guess the rules are wait until everyone gets their order cooked and served? when the ice cream is ready in the fridge takes a second to get it out ????????????????

Ordered from Burger King Hopwood via Just Eat and really wish I hadn?t. First off, several items were missing from my order, with no explanation or attempt to rectify it. What did arrive was just as bad ? the food quality was shocking.
The fries came half-covered in congealed orange cheese with bits of bacon thrown on top haphazardly. It looked like it had been dumped in the box with zero care. Lukewarm at best and soggy, not even remotely close to what you?d expect from a big-name fast food chain.
For the price and the wait, I expected much better. Will definitely be avoiding this location in future. Save your money and eat elsewhere

Insanely slow. Only had 2 workers on front and the food was piled back getting cold without being packed up into orders. They need more staff stop trying to cut costs

The tables were dirty but they had many self services and so was fast to order and get food. The food was good and there was nothing wrong with it. Its very loud in there.

Staff politely explained that they didn't have any milk, even went out the back to check. Alas no milk so only four stars
