Fantastic venue to stay at. We had been stood up by a hotel in downton, and needed a place to stay. On arrival, the landlord and lady made us feel very welcomed and comfortable, and the room was lovely, with quality bed and well kept bathroom.

Stopped by on the off chance for a roast dinner. The staff were super friendly, and very accommodating we were seated straight away and served very quickly. Food arrived promptly, and was delicious. Would definitely recommend a visit ?.
AA 4* contemporary countryside gastro pub on the edge of the New Forest with an elegant bar, real ales, lagers, ciders, wines, spirits, alcohol free selection & soft drinks. Exquisite food and beautiful rooms with a large beer garden to the rear. Dog friendly.
