Phoned to book an appointment at 2pm. After waiting 20 minutes I asked how long the wait would be thinking I could pop to the shop. I was shocked when they said after the two other people in the shop, one walked in 5 minutes before I asked. I don?t know what kind of booking system they run but shocking customer service.Next time let the customer know and also that you are cash only.Absolutely wasted my time.

Really not happy had my nails done 2 weeks ago 2 have already fallen off there all outgrown they ignored my request to go shorter damaged my real nail and not clean in the salon won?t be going back

I booked an appointment for 13.15 on the same day in the morning st about 10.10.I got there, waited 30 mins past my appointment time and there was still 1 person ahead of me who hadn't been started.So fed up of booking appointments only to not have the staff to do it. Wastes my time as I only have 90min due to parking and child care. I would avoid of you don't have 1 to 3 hours to spend waiting.Service: Acrylic nails

The nail salon was extremely dirty, the equipment they use is filthy and they don't wash them after each client. If you want a fungal infection go get your nails done here!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am completely shocked about how me and my sisters were treated here. We all went in to get our nails done and we waited about 15 minutes even though there was no one in the shop but us. Once we finally sat down they started our nails, however after I was sat there for 10 minutes the young girl doing my nails stood up and walked off and didn't come back, so the other women did my nails instead. They were all really ruff the worst part was they were making fun of my sisters fingers and saying stuff in their own language and laughing picking up my sisters hand to show the other workers. Both my sisters were so embarrassed and after we left they didn't want to show their hands to anyone. I am complete against this business, which upsets me to say as I always love to support businesses and write good reviews.
