Phoned to book an appointment at 2pm. After waiting 20 minutes I asked how long the wait would be thinking I could pop to the shop. I was shocked when they said after the two other people in the shop, one walked in 5 minutes before I asked. Really not happy had my nails done 2 weeks ago 2 have already fallen off there all outgrown they ignored my request to go shorter damaged my real nail and not clean in the salon won’t be going back
