The food cannot be faulted in my opinion. But..... Delivery from this place is really frustrating. I'd advise ordering a week in advance because it takes so long for your food to be delivered.
If you chase you get informed with really helpful information such as "on way" ??

No flavour. No sauce just very watery. Microwaved for sure. I had beef in black bean water. Prawns and cashew nuts in water and the chow mein had the lovely pre cooked chicken in it. It?s a no from me. And it was a Wednesday it was quick just not fresh. Diabolical

Slow service? took almost two hours for home delivery. Order was incorrect and food was bland and overcooked. Never before have I had lettuce in Salt and Pepper chips.

We ordered on Sunday evening via the website and ended up very disappointed.
The website advised 45-60 minutes for delivery but the food arrived 1 hour 30 minutes later. I could have forgiven the delay if the food was good but it wasn?t.
Soggy pancake rolls and prawn balls, dry and salty duck and pork, everything was bland and overcooked. Most of it ended up not eaten.
A treat that cost £60 ended up being an expensive waste!

Each time I?ve ordered food has been hot and tasty and arrived on time - on the website delivery time is advised longer for Friday and Saturdays so it?s to be expected. Favourites are char siu chow mein, salt & pepper chips, chicken curry, beef in black been sauce and sweet and sour Hong Kong style chicken :)

Well I got to say worst experience I've ever had with a Chinese takeaway last day on our holiday decided to order a Chinese and the chicken balls weren't cooked properly and the food was very bland phoned the woman and the Chinese woman was shouting at my wife down the phone and didn't wanna do anything about it shocking stay away!!

Our deliver food was inedible. Prawn toast and chicken satay overcooked in the deep fryer. Half duck was very salty and tough- not freshly pulled off the bone. We will bin most of this order. Only good thing was quick delivery. Shall not use you again.
