Do not use this company. I ordered a mirror months ago. First they took my payment and said I didn?t have an order with them. Then after showing my bank statement they said I did have an order and promised to deliver it a month ago. They now never reply to my emails or pick up the phone but have happily taken my money. My last resort is legal action which is not what I wanted when ordering an expensive mirror. Please find another company out there so this doesn?t happen to you.

I have been trying for the last 6month to reach this company about a claim on my 10year guarantee. No answer via their website, email or phone. Appalling. It seems their marketing about their guarantees is false. Good luck making a claim.

Absolutely amazing! I smashed my first mirror which was discontinued and I?m was gutted, however they contacted me back and offered to make me the exact same mirror for the same price which came next day delivery!\\nI can?t fault this company or their mirrors one bit, so profession and amazing quality! Definitely worth every single penny! Thank you once again for being so kind.

The Diamond X Collection is incredible and has added a great feature mirror to our bedroom. The Mrs loves it! Ordered online and a few days later we received it. We had a few questions when it arrived and their customer service team were really helpful and friendly. I would recommend this business. Thanks!

I have been sent a defective mirror (air bubble within the glass) and have sent images to the company. I have had no response whatsoever even after chase up emails.Not a great look to be sending out defective products and not responding. On this basis I would not use this company in the future.

Really should of read the previous reviews before ordering!!! Terrible correspondence, do not deliver on day. Next day delivery service is a complete lie. My client waited in all day for item never showed. No dispatch info. No purchase confirmation (apart from PayPal). I?m a bathroom fitter and believe me I would never recommend this company to any of my clients!!! Quick to take your money, over promise, massively under-deliver!!! Not happy

as all the other one stars say my mirror went wrong a few years later. they said they have no record of my sale so you 10 years is not valid. now i have a mirror that is faulty and does not do what it should also now the glass is going funny around the edges.customer service is rubbish

I would not order anything from them, even if you want to support a UK company! Items say "in stock" with a delivery date quoted but its a lie. They take your money when you place an order for an in stock item then make excuses like they are waiting for a part, we ordered over a month ago and still waiting (after 3 delivery date delays) so cancelled. Items should "out of stock" if they are awaiting parts to be able to build them, else don't take money until despatched.

Don't believe the 10 year warranty. It's not for the mirror! Mine had black spots around the edges in less than 5 years. When I finally found my receipt and tracked down the firm, they told me the mirror was only warranted for 5 years! Apparently these mirrors suffer corrosion in bathrooms but are sold as bathroom mirrors!!!

They made good mirrorsBut once there is a problem and you submit an RMA request, they would ignore you and leave you with the faulty mirror even the purchase is made within a year.Looks more like a 10 years warranty is actually a 10 days one.

Horrendous. I ordered a mirror which was due to dispatch on 27.1 on a 1-2 day palette delivery. I received no communication advising me the product has been dispatched. After trying to call numerous times to just be left on hold, i finally spoke to a woman who said she couldn't help me but she would get someone to give me a call back that day. That call didn't come. I then wrote an email. No response. I tried to call again, this time i spoke to a gent named Ben. He advised me the delivery date had been pushed back a MONTH and that he'd call me back with a solution before 2pm (as it is for commercial use and on a tight timeline for delivery) That call also didn't come. I got back in touch with them to ask what was going on, i was then advised he would call back before 5pm. Again that call didn't come. Instead i received an email just advising me what i already knew... That it was going to be a month later than advertised! No discussion of options what so ever. Horrendous customer service, impossible to get in touch with, falsely advertise a delivery date to encourage orders and clearly import their mirrors from china hence the ridiculous lead time. AVOID

I have been meaning to write a review it?s been on my to-do list & I did say I would review. Last year I was gifted a Hollywood mirror for my 30th birthday as I wanted one & parents wanted me to choose one as they wanted to gift it. I choose to buy from here & I have been best pleased & so happy. But before my parents gifted me it, I sought for advice from a Ronan who works there & Ronan was nothing but sweet & so helpful. ???Ronan rest assured me on quality & made sure it arrived on time before my birthday. Initially it was delayed as parents wanted here it on a certain date before birthday just in case there were any issues but Ronan sincerely apologised & chased up. Ronan then pushed for it swiftly & it arrived before my birthday. Everything was perfect & easy to set up. It looks gorgeous on my dressing table. The only regret is, I wish I chose yellow warmer light bulbs rather than ice cold but I know I can always change them. Thank you so so much for designing a perfect Hollywood mirror & making it with good quality. Thank you also for the fantastic professional & friendly service, it will always be appreciated. Thank you Ronan too! ? ????
