I have had a lovely Dreamworks Malvern Ottoman Divan for 7 years. Recently needed to change the pistons and found a problem with one of the brackets. My local bed shop claim to have been trying to get me a new bracket from Gallery\\nToday I thought enough is enough??\\nI called the actual Dreamworks factory at Westbury, spoke with Paul, he sorted my problem in a 5 minute phone call. That?s what I call Excellent Customer Service. Thankyou Paul

Wouldnt even rate this company a 1 star but unfortunately have to, to be able to write this review! Terrible ran company, have no respect for any of their workers, and make redundancies every 6 months. AVOID!
