Many thanks to everyone in the Westbury office for all their hard work over the summer in helping me to get the house sold, and with the minimum of fuss. Recently I?ve had to sell a retirement warden run property. Davies and Davies were great. They kept me fully informed throughout the process. All of the staff I had contact with were very nice and polite. I would recommend using this estate agent as they really do take that extra stress away from selling a property

I highly recommend Davies & Davies. The onboarding process was made very easy thanks to the lovely Claire. Our house sale was lengthy and troublesome, due to various factors beyond our control, and Jill has been an absolute treasure in it's progression. She worked extremely hard with very unhelpful solicitors/other agents in our chain. Her determination was paramount in getting us to the finishing line. Without Jill, I may have given up! Thank you.

We moved agents after we weren?t happy with our previous ones, it took quite a long time to sell our house, just because of its age, thatch and a challenging external climate but throughout our time with Davies and Davies communication and professionalism were shown throughout. Laura and Jill were excellent and if Jill hadn?t been as absolutely persistent with our chain as she was, I?m not sure our sale would have gone through! Everyone was extremely friendly and determined to help us sell our house. We are grateful to the team for all they did for us and would really recommend!
