Recently I have been to this pharmacy and I am very disappointed. The girls are very unorganised and a totally mess. I was waiting 25min to find my prescription which I left there a few days back and another 10 min to tell that they don?t have my medication . It happened the same thing to a gentleman in front of me. The pharmacy needs an organised leader. The one is charge right now doesn?t care much about this place. Pharmacy Warminster.

Awful service half the time not open and when you do get in there your medication can?t be filled as they haven?t got it and you have left a week to make sure it?s there and then have to take it els where to be done

Awful pharmacy! Extremely slow service, no sense of urgency at all! They randomly decide they?re going to not open until the afternoon and don?t care that you have an urgent prescription to collect! The place is always a mess with crate over the floor! The second you walk in it feels like there?s an atmosphere and you?re waiting in a morgue! I?ve now moved to an online pharmacy as this one is a joke!

Staff helpful but lately they are overwhelmed by the amount of patients they are having to deal with. As a patient it can be a bit off putting when staff don't communicate properly. We're all busy patients & staff. We do use the services available from NHS. It is frustrating when staff assume you have not checked everything properly. Assuming we want to collect everything at once is not always true. As I said the staff do their best in a difficult situation.

Absolutely awful service . I pick my prescription up weekly and a few months ago the pharmacist told me not to get there before 9.30. I said ok but if I have an appointment that day or another urgent matter I may have to come in a little earlier like I did that day which she was agreeable with. The majority of the time I do get there after 9.30. When I got there yesterday around 915 by the time I got to the till it was around 920. I politely asked the chemist Rochelle for my medication only to be told it wasn?t there and they wouldn?t have it until later this afternoon. I live over a mile and a half away from the chemist and said I can?t wait until this afternoon as I was very unwell , soaking wet , in a lot of pain. . I informed her one of the medications I was supposed to have had yesterday so I said right I will go to speak to the Avenue which she then replied oh no don?t do that we do have them we just haven?t made them up yet.? So I said so you do have them then. She then said your not supposed to come in until after 930 which isn?t true the pharmacist had told me try not to get there before 930 , all this time everyone behind me was being served , she then said the pharmacist is doing someone?s prescription come back in half an hour and we will try and have it done. so I went back at 9.50 to be told he?d started on another big prescription and I?d have to wait until he?d finished that one now. I then had to sit there for a further 50 minutes soaking wet , ill and in pain for my prescription to be made up. While I was waiting I had a customer approach me asking me if I was ok as I looked really ill. I believe I was deliberately made to wait a long time as at one point the chemist was empty and why is a chemist allowed to tell you you medication hasn?t arrived and won?t be there until the afternoon but when you say you will go and speak to the avenue as one of the medication I need every day and I was supposed to get the day before she quickly changed her tune and said oh no it is here it just isn?t made up yet ! Is that professional behaviour ?

Wanted to speak to a pharmacist as I've been having issues with my hearing and in alot of pain, the lady at the till asked me questions and relaid what I said to the pharmacist stood right behind her! Wouldn't come out to see me and told me to go to specksavers and pay for someone to check in my ear ?I chose this pharmacy as online it said they offer health check ups ?Wouldn't recommend.

Do not go here if you wish to see a pharmacist. The pharmacist refused to see me to give me advice and just shouted at me over the counter. There is no point in the NHS recommending people speak to a pharmacist if this is their experience. Awful. Go anywhere else.
