These guys!
They don't have to smile, chat, laugh while they're helping you, but they all do. I've visited this shop many times, always buying tiny items for pennies but I'm treated the same as the big customers, and made to feel important. I wish all shops could employ staff like you. It would certainly help many mental health conditions that are appearing globally.
Sometimes I just go in there to get my 'fix' , and chat. But they don't know. So don't tell them!

They are my first choice builders merchants and this afternoon the young yardman was very helpful in lifting the boards and placing them ready for me to cut to size. Well done young man, sorry I didn't catch your name.
