We were greeted by carrie who apologised for not having air con..I arrived with my mum and 4 granddaughters after a day at longleat. The room was clean and very comfortable with fluffy towels . Carrie was an absolute gem and could not apologise enough. She had opened our windows and put a fan in our rooms. We had 2 rooms on the ground floor next to each other. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.. just perfect ? thank you

Basic room bit disappointed in breakfast that was given

Me and my partner have been up and down a lot for a funeral lately. Not a great time and the best thing you can have in that time is a reliable place to stay. This travelodge is a travelodge. If you have been to any: you have been to this hotel. However, that's what is great about it. Comfy bed, warm shower, tea and coffee. Nothing remarkable but consistent, peaceful and a good night's rest.
The staff were especially good here. We bumped into Karen nearly every time we were down. She recognized us and always welcomed us with a smile. It's the little things in moment like this and I just want to say a massive thank you for your warmth

Good location - Free Car Park - Easy to get to Long Leat and fews fast-food right next to. But weak signal and have to pay for wifi if needed. Paid almost £140 for a night family room which is not cheap but no free internet?

Ideal location for exploring longleat, or clarks village etc. The lady who works in reception was so welcoming, helpful and informative. Great with children and made the stay really positive. Nothing was too much trouble!
Rooms are clean and comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Went in for a Subway around lunchtime. My choice of fillings were missing and all drinks were warm. Meh, not going back there.

I do not recommend this it is so bad the room is not even clean they have gum and cup lid on the floor with no wi fi and no air conditioner it is very hot and it is very far away from the city centre definitely not recommend.

Spent one night in room , and all what can say .... the is a nice quite place with clean room and bathroom . Nice pleasant staff ... highly recommend

This location was quite close to the high street. Parking was free at all times. The hotel was inside the food area and not in a separate building, hence a joint car park. The only problem with this was that there was a constant stream of cars going in and out (small car park) so my car was at risk for the whole duration. The staff at the subway looked miserable! On the other hand, the young lady that checked me in was outgoing. The room was a decent size and seemed clean enough. There were enough towels for a week's stay (I was only there one night). The only drawbacks were having to go up stairs/ long corridor to access room. Also, WiFi had to be purchased Breakfast was not available either.
