Been here four times as stop during work travel?.. on each occasion I?ve walked over to greggs as it appears the staff in Starbucks don?t like cleaning excrement off of the men?s toilet seats.This isn?t a one off as it?s been at every visit.Absolutely disgusting and staff couldn?t care less!

Comfy place to charge the laptop. On our visit there was a very strong and unpleasant smell - I'm sure I'll improve the rating next time I go. I did note the £5 charge for a coffee.

Met a friend for a coffee and cake to sit in for. My caramel latte came out cold so I returned it and they had ran out of mugs so I had to sit in with a takeaway cup. It wasn't even packed inside. Toilets were out of paper.Parking: Sharing Sainsburys parking which is free for a couple hours.Wheelchair accessibility: Very heavy doors that are not automatic makes it difficult to get in. No steps which is good but trying to make eye contact with staff to help with the doors was more awkward than it needed to be.

Well for here and even though they say they are open at 0530 it?s 0630 and they are closed.Amend your opening times so travellers and customers can plan their journeys. Very disappointed.

Embarrassing experience with young man serving over 5 pence short on my Starbucks app.As Starbucks in its wisdom no longer takes cash I had to eventually have a 5 pence payment off of my bank card.Talk about jobs worth.I've been here several times with no problems but this was just mind blowing customer interaction from the 'computer says NO" Lad.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free very limited.

Food wasn't price labelled and was very expensive. I had to pay as it had already been taken to be warmed up. Tables were dirty and the queue was moving slowly. Staff were friendly but clearly overworked.
