The service at this Sports Direct has got be amongst the worst I've ever experienced. The elderly sales assistant (female, tanned, shoulder length hair) made no effort to acknowledge me during the entire transaction. She carried on talking to her colleague the entire time, not saying hello, or reading the price. It was like I didn't exist. In the end I left my items at the till and left without paying as they clearly weren't interested in my custom anyway.

Very helpfull. Struggling to find some walking shoes to fit as between sizes, assistant recommended pair that were wider and they fitted well. Thankyou

Ii was looking for a hi vis jacket and saw on line that they were sold here. Great.I travelled to warminster (only15 mins) to purchase one, i asked the two staff stood behind the counter chatting if they sold any. I was informed that due to it only being a small shop they couldn't stock all items and that i could try Trowbridge.on leaving the shop i noticed some hi vis clothing so i took .t size back to the counter and said that i would like to purchase this hi vis coat that you don't stock here to which i was now told that they had only just come in.REALLY

Useless! Looking for Sketchers trainers. Assistant didn't want to get off his phone. No wider fittings available and no offer to obtain them even though Sketchers do them and amazingly no shoe horn available to assist us more "mature" people to put shoes on with ?. My husband says he'd like a job there as they seem to be being paid for doing nothing!
