I've been with Specsavers since 1996 and the service has always been good, but I have to highlight how superb my optician Katheryn Rees was on my first visit to this branch last week. She was freindly, professional, knowledgeable and 'above and beyond' helpful - I felt reassured and cared for at every stage of the tests. She's a credit to Specsavers - thank you!

No hearing loop or BSL trained staff ??.they sell hearing aides ??pound shop glasses work perfectly well for reading glasses ?..extra cost for OCT test that NHS can do if needed ??still awaiting a reply

I have just recently undergone cataract surgery on both eyes and i have an appointment with my consultant on 16th September and his advice will obviously have some bearing on the way forward for me, many thanks for all your help and advice over the years F.N.
