Worst estate agents EVER!! My beautiful home was absolutely trashed by the tenants. The Estate agents never did house checks, too lazy. I have multiple emails begging them to gain access to my house, they never did. Then when I applied to court to finally evict the tenants and gained access into my home, it was absolutely devastating. Holes in walls. Dog mess everywhere inside the house. Antique chandeliers stolen. Smashed Windows. Ruined carpet covered in poo. Toilets full to the top of poo. And the estate agents had the audacity to offer me a £200 compensation fee. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Please if you love your home AVOID THIS AGENT! The previous reviews are left by staff! Use a more established agent , not these lazy people who do NOT CARE FOR YOUR STUNNING HOMES

Would not recommend at all. John is extremely rude (to everybody) and will not do his job by helping people with the things he?s meant to.
