This is not a good company to deal with if you have any complaints on quality and faulty goods.. Rude and dismissive and like to make a return of purchase impossible . Your are required to pay transport return before they will consider refund . Always pay by credit card or paypal as you will find it difficult to get refund and return small order if damaged.They are obliged to refund cost of faulty goods (Consumer Rights 2015) but have ignored my requests for repayment. This is an indication of the customer service you will receive if you request a refund.
