Customer Service is appalling. One night away booked with Hidden Woods Glamping via their online booking system. I called the company (mobile number on their website) to query why after receiving a balance paid email a further email was received asking for more money to be paid (around a week later). The lady that answered the telephone was very rude and asked me why I thought we where ?basically getting a holiday free?, her words. I advised I was not sure why she had said this as my query was what the additional money was for. The response was that she cannot get the pod cleaned for the price we paid, what are we expecting. I advised that we paid what the online price stated, and so this is why we where querying. I was then told that there was a problem with their booking line and we paid the incorrect price. I advised that we where not able to pay the amount she was asking their and then, as they had asked. The lady said ?well your not getting it free and you won?t get anywhere?. I asked for her name, she told me she was on a school run for her son and put the phone down on me. We had not spoken to them before this date via telephone but needed to as they had not responded to two previous emails regarding this query. Since the telephone conversation I have sent an SMS and a follow up email with no response still to date. Around 2 hours later our holiday was cancelled this corresponded was received via email. There was no resolution, no apology, just pure rudeness and cancellation. We where willing to pay the additional amount they where asking for to allow our night stay, as we fully understand these things can happen and they are running a business. But we where not given this opportunity and there was no communication and still no communication from the company. This is very disappointing as the huts/pods look beautiful. But I will not be booking or referring anyone to book with this company due to poor communication, poor customer service and the rudeness received by the owner.

Was lovely, we stayed in the middle lodge. We did take our 7 year old daughter who was quite bored as us parents just wanted to relax but she wanted the swing in our lodge so would recommend only for adults. Was hard to get food delivered due to not much signal but other than that it was a great weekend and will be back for a couples weekend this time. Bed was comfy, it was very clean and peaceful area.

We had a lovely two night stay here. We visited Longleat during the day and it was placed perfectly, being only a 5 minute drive away. The remote location allowed for peace, quiet & relaxation. The main stay had everything we needed and the hot tub was amazing even in the rain. Will be looking to return in the future.

What a place!! Absolutely loved it. Stayed in main stay and it was pure bliss. Such a tranquil setting staring at the stars and listening to owls and foxes from the hot tub late at night.My lad absolutely loved the tree swing and he had an excellent afternoon nap in the hammock!Pod was lovely and clean and well equipped with everything you will need. Far more spacious than I expected.Shower was excellent and powerful.Had plenty of bbqs and enjoyed the fire pit with the addition of Thorntons hot chocolate and toasting marshmallows.Wonderful break and thoroughly looking forward to returning in August.Met owners also and they were very accommodating and genuinely nice people.Amazing Amazing Amazing ??

What an amazing getaway. I went here with my girlfriend for our anniversary and a bit of relaxation and it has to be one of the best things we have ever done. The hideaway is in a lovely setting and it?s amazingly kitted out with everything you could ever need. The hosts are lovely and really accommodating, it certainly was nice to arrive to a pre-lit and heated hot tub to start the getaway. The bed was super comfy and everything you could need in the kitchen. Also the hammocks outside are great to relax in with a book !Hope we can go back to this place to relax again soon.This place is also so easily accessible from Bath/Bristol.

Our first stay at Hiddenwood and it won?t be our last, the site is in a perfect location, perfect for a couples getaway for peace and quiet.The Hideaway pod is well insulated but does offer combi boiler with heating if needed and a powerful shower. All kitchenware is provided, including bedding and towels plus the hot tub is amazing a great feature.The hosts were very approachable including when we had a minor issue with the kitchen which we have since been informed has been rectified. Highly recommended and we certainly didn?t want to leave. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed in the hideaway for 2 nights and we had the best getaway! The hot tub was amazing, the bed was comfortable and it was surprisingly spacious for 2! We had a fire on the second night in the fire pit and it was lovely! Would definetly recommend to anyone who wants a getaway! Thankyou

Ideal getaway location for any occasion! Really comfortable stay in a beautiful tiny home with a hot-tub heated before arrival. Quiet and relaxing environment immersed in nature perfect if you want to get out of the busy cities. The owner was incredibly accommodating on such short notice and made our stay memorable.

Just got home from a 4 night stay at The hideaway. If your looking for a quiet place to reset in nature this is the one ? Seen only a handful of people passing by in the neighbouring field and nothing but the sound of birds. Safe and secure for the dogs too. Everything exceeded our expectations and we cannot think of any flaws. Only downfall was having to leave. This place should definitely be a 5 star!

Absolutely stunning. We took our 3 children and they loved the outdoor space of the mainstay and the hot tub. The scenery was delightful. Would definitely recommend.

Just returned from staying at Hidden Wood Glamping. What a wonderful escape to a peaceful hidden gem. The site is close to Longleat safari park and convenient for Bath. It was incredibly relaxing and allowed all of us to completely switch off. We stayed in the Main Stay particular pluses were the extra comfy bed and hammocks which my son loved. Cabin was spotless and tasteful. There was also a hot tub which we made good use of along with the fire pit. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely love this place, so peaceful you don?t see anyone! Pod lovely and snug, easily fit in 4 people. Love the outside space, hot tub great!! Been here a few times now will deff be back!!

Amazing place! Location excellent, so peaceful and relaxing, yet only a few minutes drive from Longleat Safari Park and supermarket facilities. Pod was clean and comfortable and hosts excellent. Would definitely stay again.
