whilst the shops are fine and well presented.
the Car park north of Iceland store and wes of the Library is a Rip Off
the Parking machines do not issue a receipt or a ticket to prove cash payment thus APCOA the company that operates the carpark on behalf of the horseshoes mall issues parking fines if there is a fault with the machines
despite the public having paid but cannot prove it.
as a result the businessess in the Horshoes mall have now lost my business

Greggs prices have gone up, but they still offer tasty pastries and great yum yums! Hot food is available, they can warm up pastries to take out, or eat in. But Warminster doesn't have an indoor cafe.
