Walked past here today and by chance a ring caught my eye. I suffer from anxiety so was too anxious to go in and ask about it but my partner went in and a lady came out and took me in she was extremely welcoming, friendly and kind. I didnt catch her name but she was lovely
Helped to measure my finger and order the correct size in for me and will contact me when its there. Really glad we went to warminster today, looking forward to going back to collect the ring highly recommend

My partner bought me a pendant and was rusty and stained so I returned but they could apparently only give a credit note even though I took it back after 1 hour of purchase. Wouldn?t recommend or shop here again as they also didn?t tell him about this procedure

The service in this store is exceptional. I visited recently with a 90yr old family friend looking for earrings. She was treated with utmost kindness and patience. The range on offer was also excellent. I would not hesitate to return and recommend this store.

My daughter had her ears pierced here, there were brilliant, treating her like a princess, taking time and care with her and giving her a little gift bag and certificate afterwards, so glad we chose to use them for her first ear piercing, thank you

We took my wife?s damaged wedding band & engagement rings to Griffins for repair. The staff were so helpful & friendly, with proper old fashioned customer care! We were worried that the rings could not be fixed, but they came back looking like new! My wife also bought some earrings from them which she loves to bits! A big thank you to all the staff there, it?s how all businesses should be!

A friend bought me a silver chain from G&B. It was thin and it broke within 3 months. I went to G&B to see what we can do. They replaced the chain with a thicker one for free. Top notch shop.

I can unreservedly recommend this shop. Rachel and her team are all very friendly and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. All the items are beautifully displayed and there is a wide choice of all types and styles. Their jeweller is a miracle worker and can often repair pieces that other jewellers can't do. It is very difficult to go in there and not buy something and I would give them top rating on every aspect.

I brought a watch in to have pin replaced in strap .. my husband wore it for an hour and the pin fell out !I took the watch back again they replaced the pin this time he didn?t even get to do the watch up it fell out !We took the old pin out of the other side and the pin they had fitted was too small despite the fact I was assured it was correct ( the left hand bar is the original ) can?t be bothered to go back but will never use them again

We stumbled on the shop on a girls weekend away, after we couldn't find a location that could do walk-in piercings. This happened just by chance, but made our trip that much memorable.The staff were really friendly, helpful and caring.The lady who did our piercings said this shop has been her familie's business for multiple generations, so they definitely know what they are doing.We got some lovely ear piercings and a great experience that we will cherish forever.
