Walked past here today and by chance a ring caught my eye. I suffer from anxiety so was too anxious to go in and ask about it but my partner went in and a lady came out and took me in she was extremely welcoming, friendly and kind. I didnt catch her name but she was lovely

My partner bought me a pendant and was rusty and stained so I returned but they could apparently only give a credit note even though I took it back after 1 hour of purchase. Wouldn’t recommend or shop here again as they also didn’t tell him about this procedure

The service in this store is exceptional. I visited recently with a 90yr old family friend looking for earrings. She was treated with utmost kindness and patience. The range on offer was also excellent. I would not hesitate to return and recommend this store.
