“Needed to book an eye test as I'm diabetic, went online and managed to get an appointment the next day, which was amazing, greeted as soon as I walked in by a lovely lady, had my pre appointment test then waited roughly five minutes to see the optician. Had some more tests done, she explained them clearly and we had a nice chat too, would highly recommend the Warminster branch, they were excellent from start to finish”

Vision Express, who did my last eye test, could not supply me with new replacement glasses for 14 days. I went into the store today for a new eye test ( as booked). I was greeted with " sorry the system is down". Which meant I couldn't even get a copy of my prescription so I could go elsewhere and receive a new pair of glasses much quicker.Good work Vision Express.”
