Would not recommend ordering from this store. Missed part of the order. Told they were redelivery missing parts over an hour and a in half later and 3 call later with the staff telling me it had a dedicated driver. I had to call to cancel the order. No apology. Staff blatantly lied to us and fobed us off. When I asked for a refund they offered a free Pizza next time before a refund. What a joke. Would avoid....
UPDATE - Followed up with Complaints team and has been postivily resolved by the Managment.

Turned up stone cold stoke to Someone they said they will send a new one out then got a call say her manager said they now can?t send one out shocking service.

Now listen, life's been though, life's been rough. I've never been a Pizza girl. I usually sigh when the name Dominoes is uttered. However, tonight, after a long week of bringing education to the youth I felt empty at the thought of the red pepper soup waiting for me at home. But walking by the shop and seeing the promise of that sweet sweet dough dipped in a garlic sauce ? By gosh did it open my world. So I pushed the door, ordered and went back home. You may be asking yourself: How was it Charlie? Well, i'd like to give a kiss on the cheek of everyone who works in that restaurant. That was the most beautiful, well garnished and crispy pizza i've ever eaten in my life. You may have gotten my name wrong but you saw the despair in my eyes and said "No worry lass we got ya". I can still hear the crunch of those onion slices. The smoothness of the ham and the sweetness of the bbq sauce.
Dominoes Warminster, may your days be long.

Second time in a row I've ordered for delivery and it's missing either one of the toppings or sauce, not getting what I asked for and not what I paid for.

Awful experience with this branch today. The app said the order was delivered. It wasn?t. When my partner called they told him they had phoned trying to find the place. They hadn?t. They then said we were too far out. We?d ordered on the app and it always gives us Warminster and it?s been delivered fine before. The person on the phone said they?d give a refund then hung up. Yet almost three hours later a driver turns up with cold, stale food that we then just had to throw in the bin!! What on earth was going on today?! No communication and really poor service.

Whoever answered the phone today was rude and told me that I "shouldn't be ordering for delivery to Frome" because it's "not their area." If that's the case, why is the Warminster store selected when I enter my postcode and select 'Delivery' on the app? I ended up with no food and I had the phone put down on me. Not impressed.
