We have been looking for both a current and retrospective quotation for my mother's house and it's been quite challenging to find someone who's been happy to do both. Right from the start, though, I've been very pleased with the service. Hannah spoke to me, at length, on the phone and was polite and understanding. My sister showed Melvin around and said that he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Great service - would highly recommend.

They have valued a house jointly own and will only divulge the amount to one party. All the other estate agents in town have said you are not allowed to do this. BEWARE!

First class estate agents. I was struggling to sell my house with other agents then as soon as I teamed up with Davies and Latcham I started to get more viewings and my house has now sold. Melvin and his team are the best estate agents I have worked with in Wiltshire. They are very pro-active extremely knowledgeable, caring and very helpful. They guide you through the whole process. A pleasure to work with. If you are selling your house I would strongly advise anyone to use Davis and Latcham.

Melvin and his team recently sold a a bungalow, in Sutton Veny, on our behalf. The property was semi derelict so not an easy sell. Although it took a while to get the sale through Melvin was extremely helpful, communative, courteous and diligent throughout. A very friendly and helpful team. Highly recommended.

Great experience so far with D&L. Viewed two houses with Melvin today, who definitely sets an example of what estate agents should be. He was friendly, honest, and knew lots about the houses, the sellers/tenants, and the surrounding area (having grown up around here).Booking the viewings in was a cinch. My fiancé used the online booking tool and Hannah very promptly called to arrange a time and a date to view the two properties together, and followed up with a confirmation email.We?ve used a different estate agent to sell our house but we would have no worries buying a house in D&L?s portfolio ??
