Went to Cooper and Tanner after having a terrible experience trying to sell our flat with another agent. Pleased to say everyone I dealt with at Cooper and Tanner restored my faith in Estate Agents! We sold our flat and bought a house through them, had quite a stressful process for reasons out of our control but Sally, Theo, Alison and particularly Linda all helped us through, showed real empathy with our situation and did all they could to get us to completion by the stamp duty deadline, for which we are very grateful. Communication throughout was excellent and everyone was genuine, kind and understanding in general, which really helped when I was at my wits end at times! Thanks team C+T, we are loving our new home ?

My family recently had a crisis and needed help. Of all people, it was Cooper and Tanner, specifically Ken Williams who stepped up. He went above and beyond (climbing a ladder in a full suit) and my family will never forget how he tried to help us in our darkest hour. I have never used their services, my Dad was using them, but I truly believe that a company with people who show so much compassion and bravery are worth a recommendation. 5 stars - great human beings.

It is not often that I feel the need to write a review, having spent £10K!
Ken was fantastic. He was realistic about the value of our home and appreciated the key points / USP's that we felt were important to sell our home of 20 years. Communication with Ken and especially Linda was top class. We received regular emails and calls, and Linda especially helped with direct contact to our buyers. We have been very pleased with Cooper and Tanner (Warminster Branch) and would recommend them.

The Lettings Department have managed a property for us for 7 years.

From the initial instruction with Cooper and Tanner right up until when my home completed, the team made sure I was aware of every minor detail affecting the sale. Thank you Ken for your prompt assistance in all the viewings and utmost support throughout. Linda needs a special mention as her kindness, support and overall attitude made the experience so much more comfortable and reduced any levels of worry / stress 6 months into the process. For those looking for a trustworthy, supportive and reliable estate agency, I could not recommend Cooper and Tanner more. Thank you so much all!

Pretty shabby experience and makes me not want to use C & T in the future - but what do you do if a house you want is listed with them, at that point you are left with no choice. I 'enquired' online on the Rightmove website (which presumably pings an instant email through to the C & T office?). No response at all, so after 2.5 days I rang the office (Warminster). No reply so I left a message. Someone then left me a voicemail the next day explaining no viewings available for over a week. I rang back to book a viewing in a weeks time, only to then be offered one viewing time at 11am on a weekday (not much good as both my husband and I work, which is why we can afford a house, funnily enough) and was then told there was nothing available until the 22nd April as Easter holidays were always an extremely busy time for them... which I get, so why not take on some more staff to do viewings, answer the phone and respond to Rightmove enquiries over this busy period that always happens at the same time of year......? Extremely frustrating. I wonder if vendors are aware of the lack of ability to carry out viewings at sign up.....?

Poor attention to detail! Emails sent to the wrong person even after confirming TWICE who the point of contact was to be. The address on the appraisal was incorrect, even after they were made aware of this they still proceeded to forward this with incorrect details.
I will not be using their services, poor attention to detail on such important information at the start, I hate to think what else could go wrong further down the line.

I would like to express my thanks for all the patients and understanding that the team at Cooper and Tanner in Warminster gave me when I recently sold my house. As this was the first time, I?ve had to do this on my own I found it very stressful but there was always someone there for me with good solid advice. I can?t recommend them highly enough.
