Why is coffee served luke warm in this place? I could have downed it in one! I specifically asked for steaming hot coffee when ordering yet it was only just warm when served to us. It was replaced with no fuss but what a waste. Chairs ripped and seats sagging. Some of the profits could be reinvested in smartening up the... read full comment
