Both my husband and l travel to this opticians as we find the staff and service brilliant. Yesterday we attended to collect my husbands new glasses and we were looked after by Marie and Charlie. When l had to choose a new frame 2 years ago nothing was too much trouble. I was in there for several hours!!! The concern of the amount of money l was spending added to the pressure. We are in our late 70's and made to feel valued customers. Thank you.

I can't speak highly enough of the 3 ladies that helped me out yesterday, 01/04/22 I developed an eye ulcer and I'm the kind of person that really does not like people poking about with my eyes so was very optimistic about going, but the 3 that seen to me were so lovely and so caring it was a whole different experience to what I expected, they went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe and comfortable and had all the patience in the world for me, I cannot stress enough how good that made me feel, thank you so much!!
