A very well conducted eye test. Welcomed on arrival, and ushered in for initial tests. A very friendly and professional optometrist then conducted further tests. The whole procedure was fast, efficient and a pleasant experience.

We visited the Warminster Opticians and I have to say what a brilliant and positive experience it was! My two daughters and I had eye tests, the lovely ladies there put them both at ease immediately. They had a new colleague starting that day & we were more than happy to have her help the highly experienced lady do our pre-test exams, showing us the pictures of the eye! Going on to the Optometrist Adele who again was so friendly my two daughters were immediately put at ease, she is brilliant! Another stand out colleague was Anna who I could see immediately was very experienced, absolutely brilliant picking out and fitting glasses for my fussy girls ! All the staff at this store deserve recognition for the brilliant service they provide in my opinion so well done Warminster Boots Opticians we are back to pick up our glasses next week and I will be selecting my choices in the next coming weeks! Five star service! ?

The staff are so helpful and friendly - I've seen a number of different opticians and every one of them has been super professional and between them have bent over backwards to get my awkward prescription right. Top notch and also cheaper than my previous optician who were clearly running an extortion racket!

Fantastic service! I had an issue with my eyes one Saturday, and after reading about likely causes on the NHS website I followed its advice to call my optician straight away. The young man who answered took me through a series of questions, then made an appointment to have my eyes examined the same day. When I arrived they staff were having to cope with having their systems down, so not knowing when customers were going to turn up. Iwas nevertheless seen quite quickly, and after a series of tests/examinations Georgie took me through the results in a very clear and reassuring way. Everyone I saw that day (and there were a few) was friendly, professional and kind. Wonderful customer service!

1st visit to Boots in Warminster. What a professional, efficient and friendly service. From entering everything was explained throughout the eye tests. All staff were amazing. Highly recommend Boots optician.

The pre assessment was well done and the optician brilliant explained things very clearly.
I didn't have the hospital grade scan as I feel the cost was excessive compared to other optician charges.

Outstanding service from Tess and Charlie at Boots Opticians, Warminster
A brilliant experience. Tess was professional, knowledgeable, and made the eye test unexpectedly enjoyable. She has an authentic passion for her work, and I felt in safe hands--and I learned some cool stuff along the way (IOL!)
Afterwards, it was a mini Paris fashion hour in the middle of Warminster. With warmth, humour, and great taste, Charlie helped me choose two pairs of glasses. He helped me find the right style and price, provided opinions with candid warmth and even handled a few family dynamics with tact far beyond his years.
Tess and Charlie are both a real credit to the team. Thank you.
