After 2 "timed out" phone call attempts finally got answered. Asked if my prescription was available, told it was ready for collection, great. The prescription had been issued on the 14th, today is the 23rd still awaiting a confirmatory text! Will collect tomorrow, no doubt the usual long queue. Pharmacy 2 U looking good.

On this visit Boots didn't have what I was looking for. Non prescription eye gel lubricant for use after my mum's cataract procedure. To be fair neither dud 2 other pharmacies. Rather oddly Amazon shopping did. Arrived following day. ????

I went to collect. Mums prescription, told its only just arrived. Okay, come back tomorrow. To be told by the same lady, sorry, it's only just arrived . We both no that's not true, dont tell lies. You actually said to me, "Come in after 2.00 pm. on Friday.This lady actually printed my mums prescription in front of me.

I am very disappointed after returning an unused brand new Shark Hair Styler. The staff member was really friendly and said she can process the refund however when she said the number the refund would go to, I clarified that is not my card number. I was told that?s what?s on the system and that it may be to do with Apple Pay that a different number is showing, She kindly wrote down the details of my refund of £269.99 and said if there are any issues to come back to store.I returned to store around a week later. A different member of staff served me and said as ******* dealt with it, she will be able to help you when back for lunch, I was very happy with this and waiter a short amount of time. She returned and said ?oh yes I remember? I explained politely I had not had my refund and I was told by her ?that there?s nothing we can do in store, call this number and they can process another refund?.It?s been two weeks of trying to get someone to call me or entertain the idea of getting my money back, despite providing extensive evidence.Although staff are polite and friend, I?m disheartened as clearly this staff member knew there may be an issue with the refund but then was unsupportive in dealing with the mistake and I am £270 down.

At present Boots have two pharmacies in Warminster although they now intend to close the smaller one and will not release the licence to another company or individual so they will soon have a monopoly here. At the same time both pharmacy counters close for an hour at lunchtime (Thankfully not the same hour). When I went to the Market Place pharmacy at 1110 this morning I had to queue for 20 minutes to get prescribed medicines. Also the pharmacist had a queue of people wanting flu jabs so no new prescriptions were being dispensed.

Never any staff to pay for items in the shop. The most awful run shop ever. If you can't pay and be honest. Why open the doors ?

Every time I go they are closed for lunch, closed for staff shortages and then when I did finally get into the shop they had lost my prescription. Really not good enough

All the normal products etc. and staff were normal helpful people! Extremely slow to finally get to the head of the queue, but the pharmacist was amazing in her understanding and advice.
