Again all the plants were absolutely dead through lack of water, it just shows what B&M must make on the plants they sell to be able to throw away such a huge amount of stock....such poor management!

This shop is always so rude especially the manager. My son asked where something was she directly looked in his face and walked away. It was a girl with black hair down to her shoulders. All the other staff are polite and friendly but she is just ever so rude to me and my son.
