Service was amazing, but the food is disgusting and an absolute insult to Italians! I've not been to a BI for 20 years and now I remember why.

We had an ok meal here but the food feels so dated and not as good quality as to what else is on offer. Chips were good. Tomatoes on the bruscetta were bland. It is what it is, a restaurant in a Centre Parcs complex. Ok to take the children but no atmosphere. Food was OK but then it was a lunch 'special' deal so we weren't expecting too much. Staff were lovely.
Dietary restrictions: There is a code to scan on the menu which advises you on ingredients used.
