I often use Argos Warminster to pick up equipment and supplies for our martial arts school, Gracie Barra Frome Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and they?ve always been reliable. Ordering online for Click & Collect is quick and easy, and the staff are friendly and efficient when you arrive to collect your items.
Stock availability is usually great, and it?s convenient knowing I can get what I need for the school without any hassle. A really handy store for both personal and business purchases.

Absolutely awful customer service. The female assistant straight out refused a refund on a blood pressure monitor bought on line due to hygiene reasons as I?d opened the box. Told me I had removed tamper seals which quite obviously were not there. I explained that nowhere in the description had it said the cuff size, which was small, she then replied I should have done my homework! The ?manager? was even worse (yes I did end up swearing, which I apologised for). When I told him about they online description he just said ?I don?t know about that? so I asked him to check, which he totally ignored & then started calling me ?madam? in a very condescending tone.
Just a shame no stars are not possible.
Went to another store today who couldn?t have been more helpful & sorted everything.

Tried to return some curtains as they were bad quality and didn?t fit. Was refused the return because the packaging wasn?t in the same condition. I asked where does it say that you can?t return once opened on the packet, no answer. Went to Bath instead and got a full refund, shock!

New InstaVolt EV charging station in Car Park. 2 Rapid Chargers (not showing on their App yet) so don?t know kW power output. Saw engineers working there on Friday 23 August so they should be working now.

Appalling customer service from this store, where they were once, helpful and polite. We bought a sun lounger online which, upon getting it out of the bag, it was obvious it wasn't what we wanted, as it was cheap quality and very uncomfortable. Fortunately for us, it had a scratch on the framework, as when we returned it in exactly the same condition as purchased, we were told by the very unfriendly assistant that it couldn't be returned, as it was now used! We had been prepared to overlook the small scratch, but the scratch was the only reason the return was accepted. This store used to be really good, but has gone downhill so much, that we will not be returning.

Went in argos today.and I went to pay for a product and the older male assistant was a very rude man .wasn't polite at all and couldn't even be bothered to even let me know that my item was there just stamped my receipt and walked away so in future I will stick with melksham

I would like to say a massive thank you to the man in the festive shirt at Warminster sorry I didn?t get your name. But he took my daughters dummies that were addressed to Santa and in return gave her the toy I bought her and told her he would send the dummies to the North Pole for Santa to give to other babies.Thank you so making what could have been a very stressful situation very magical.Merry Christmas x

I bought a toaster. Since it was too small for me, I wanted to return it and get a bigger one. Warmmester argos also said they couldn't replace it because I have fingerprints. I'm very curious how can I open the box without touching the box without fingerprint. rob every customer once
