My thoughts are: Explain what you are going to do before you start so the customer is aware and then they can make an informed choice eg if you are about to wax eyebrows before an eyebrow tint, ask if that's what they want first and also explain it's at an additional cost to the tint. Unfortunately, after booking an appointment and arriving on time, I was left to wait in the lobby for 15 minutes with no explanation. I decided to leave and went to NP Nails around the corner who saw me straightaway without a booking.
