Honestly best place to get your nails done! The staff were super nice, the nails came out amazing, and they were super gentle compared to the other salon I visited before. On top of that, they decided to do our nails despite the closing time being in 20 minutes. Will come back again and I truly recommend this place to others ???

Had my eyebrows dyed and waxed and asked for light colour as I?m blonde and they done them black I?m so pale and angry what has happened and charged me £14 so expensive

Guy who works there is very rough, and very rude, broke my natural nail then proceeded to cut other nails down to same size, was mortified, would not recommend to anyone!

Very bad experience and would never go back again! Lady was on the phone the whole duration of me being there also stopping what she was doing to do something on her phone that wasn?t related to my appointment at all. My nails was also filed down with the drill way to much causing pain wouldn?t recommend at allService: Nail extensions

I?d give 0 stars if I could. Never going back, rude staff telling me not to move and pulling my hands. I have arthritis and a serious condition that limits my mobility but they don?t care and continue to be rude. Not only that but they also overcharged me and made me pay for shellac when I didn?t even ask for it. Fraudulent company with poor unclean conditions inside as well. Would have refused to pay as it was not was I asked for but they tried to embarrass me in front of the whole store. Don?t go here, you?ll regret it

A couple months ago I went there to get my nails done with my cousin and we were so excited since it was the first time trying a different nail salon, we had booked an appointment and made sure we got there on time, when we arrived they told us to sit down and we waited for about 1-2 hours until we finally got our nails done even though we had booked a specific time. When she was buffing my nails and using the file it was very rough and rushed and she kept pulling my hands, when she was adding the plastic nail tip it was messy and she got glue in-between my nail and finger and that was also very rushed, she applied applied the acrylic and didn't spread it out enough and it was uneven and bumpy. half way through my cousin's nails she swapped with a man while doing the shape of her nail and he didn't ask what shape she wanted (which was almond) and he did it completely round and it didn't match the ones she did and it made the nails look wonky. Then It was time for the polish... when she was painting my nail she knocked it and messed up the design but blamed it on me and for my cousin, she knocked it and didn't even fix it and just put the clear polish over it which made it very easy to see the mistake, another thing is that she left a hair in both me and my cousins nail and didn't take it out even though she knew it was there, she also left quite a few bubbles in our nails which didn't look flattering at all. And lastly the nails didn't even look the same to each other and the design noticeably looked wonky, rushed, messy and careless. we do not recommend going there, Thanks.another thing, they used cheap MMA acrylic which damages the nails, is hard to get off and isn't very good, do not reccomend.One last thing, they let walk-in customers go before us even though we booked, they treated us like time-wasters that they just needed to get over and done with, very un happy.Service: Manicure

Went once, it wasn't clean and won't be going back again, had threading done and it was a poor job. I never went back even though I was contacted by the supposed new manager about visiting with a view to changing my review about a year ago, I'm going to leave my review as is, until I manage to get there, I'd be interested in how clean it is now.
