Laura has been styling my families hair for years. She has great knowledge and experience cutting such a wide range of hair including dead straight to curly, mens and womens. She is non-judgmental and gives great advice when you need something fixing or would like a drastic change.Over the years she's adapted well to my fussiness and helped me become more confident with a new style after suffering with post-partum hair loss which left my long hair thin and straggly in places. Her people skills help to put people at ease, and today was no exception with my little boys first haircut. He suffers from ear problems which makes him sensitive to sound and vibrations, and although the clippers scared him at first, he ended up comfortably melting into the chair and sitting still once laura had calmed him down and helped him overcome his big feelings.Today was our first visit to the salon for Laura's services, and we are so impressed with the place. Its is beautifully presented and stocked ready for a wide range of services at shockingly reasonable prices. The other staff were also really friendly and the clients were also happy which tells you a lot about a place.We will definitely be back for our next round of haircuts. Thank you Laura and co x

Loveliest experience I?ve ever had at a hairdressers. Abi was so friendly and knew what she was doing, and actually listened to what I wanted, which is not what I?ve experienced with other hairdressers in the past. Hair turned out just as I wanted and I think it?s great they offer lashes and nails also, at reasonable prices and high quality. Booked in to come back already, would highly recommend! I had natural eyelash extensions done by Abi they are gorgeous! This was the first time I have had my lashes done so Abi explained the process to me in detail and really listened to what I wanted and gave advice on what would suit me, she made me feel so comfortable and heard. She was super lovely and talkative, as soon as she started the lashes I was so comfy that I fell asleep! The process was fantastic and easy and the results are 10/10I also got my hair dyed/styled with money pieces and colour block by Emily which looks stunning! I sent photos to the TLC Instagram to give a rough idea and asked Emily to play around with it and do what she thought would look best, Laura gave me great advice on what shade would suit my natural colour and skin tone best! Emily took a lot of time making sure everything was perfect, we had loads of great chats/laughs and the results were amazing!! Everyone in TLC was really bubbly and professional- the perfect mix! Including the other clients :) I felt so at ease as soon as I walked through the door and knew I was in for a fab pamper day finding a perfect salon can be difficult but here it is!Service: Hair coloring
