I had issues with DPD not delivering my phone, went into the store and the staff were so helpful. Finally got it sorted, so happy. Couldn?t fault the staff especially Nash and Aaron! So polite and friendly.

Nice store and seemed like great helpful staff. Prices also unbeatable. I took out an in store broadband contract and my contact clearly said "no change of mind", but the in store staff informed me this mean't contact could not be cancelled in store and i could ring Three and to quote "they'll just send a jiffy bag and you can return your router". Within the 14 days i rang to cancel but informed this was not possible as 14 day cooling off only applies to online purchases. This is actually true as per off com rules. However i was absolutely made to believe a cancellation would be no issue within the 14 day cooling off period despite being made in store. I actually don't beleive the store staff set out to deceive but it appears they at best confused and are knowingly or unknowingly misleading customers. After an hour on the phone with complaints i did manage to get my contact cancelled but it was a stress I could of done without. My advice take contact out online to ensure you have the 14 day cooling off period without having to fight for it.

Was looked after by a gentleman, gave us exactly what we wanted, no pushy stuff, very polite. Would definitely recommend, wish I could remember his name ! Lovely curly hair...that's all I know

Unbelievable service, Arran was brilliant a REAL CREDIT to the company, after having problems with calling 3 I decided to go to the shop in Trowbridge totally frustrated, but Arran solved my SIM problem in 15 minutes maximum he should run the customer service centre. Can't praise enough.

Always getting good fast service in there. I've got a few numbers in Three for many years after trying different providers, it's just the best for me and family. Whenever I can't do something online (which I prefer) I'm visiting Three in Shires every time, always friendly, helpful staff.
